Is the Discovery Institute in any way affiliated with the Discovery Channel?

Discovery Channel has some good programs, throws in bullshit about ghosts, Nostradamus, etc.

Discovery Institute is think tank that promotes Creationism, Creation Science, Intelligent Design.

I'd often wondered if the two might be connected because of the bullshit programs the Discovery Channel sometimes airs. I am glad that ghost & Nostradamus shows notwithstanding, the DC and DI aren't connected.
