No True Scotsman Pool--June Edition
So, I have made a joke a couple times that I had the wrong number in the "No True Scotsman Pool" in R/T when it inevitably gets posted. Now I'm thinking it might be fun. So, call a number for June. That is the post number that you think the NTS claim will be made in each and every R/T Thread for June. First come first served on the numbers.

15. Of course!
Even split in two, I think we'll probably still come out ahead of everybody else.

Wonder why we all like odd numbers - would theists prefer evens?

8. I'm surprised they can even count properly.
I mean when 3=1, 2499=5469, and both 29,818 and 31,089 equal 42,366 anything goes as far as numbers are concerned. I guess Bertrand Russell didn't really http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-r6NY4Kl8Ms">invent Numberwang.

16. Unlucky thirteen--and a high number might be better
since they seem to argue well enough early on. Also, if there's any lurkers, now they know "That isn't how a real...." <<whatever>> "should do" is the sign of badness, maybe a few will postphone dropping that particular gambit into a thread.

Does this work like the "Price is Right" where highest without going over wins? 8>)

18. If everyone wins, then no one wins.
Leave it to 'moderate/progressive Christians' to ruin it for the rest of us.

19. On reflection, a large part of DU is a 'No True Scotsman' argument, about 'No True Democrat ...'
GD and GDP are dominated by arguments about what "real Democrats" believe, or how awful DLCers/people who suggest voting Green/etc. are. It's hardly surprising that the same tactics get used in R&T as well.
