Religion run amuck...

Here in my town, the local paper(tribstar.com) is clogged with religious tripe. This town, like many are a flood with superstitious babble and they are left with the impression that they, the invisible friend worshipers, have an upper hand.

What I would like to do, with some contributions from my fellow Atheist here at DU, is put together a really good column and submit it. I will not use things word for word but I would like some guidance for this piece to help make it a good one. Any takers??
