2. I wanted one of those more than life itself when I was a kid.

I love part that says "I can use it for 10 days and if I'm not delighted return it for full...refund." 10 days is all I'd need to carry out my plan of world domination.

10. I had one

and it lasted about 3-4 days between me and my younger brother. Cardboard if I remeber correctly. I don't remember that it fired rockets, periscope, electrical panel or anything else. We probably had the cheap cardboard knock off version... But it was sure cool to have a sub in the basement/backyard. It did not inspire me to join the Navy...I joined the Army and became a grunt....
