Thank you so much for printing "Opinion: Vets take criticism owed single mothers" (Ann Coulter, Jan. 19), regarding the impact that single motherhood has on murder rates. Clearly this is an issue that we can’t allow left-wing groups to propagandize away and sweep under the carpet with their biased statistical analyses. We need more articles on this issue from equally well-reasoned, conservative voices. I suggest Sarah Palin be asked to investigate it.

1. Just goes to show you

that Officers aint all smart.
I was stationed in Schwabach West Germany (when there was such a thing) in the mid '70's and our platoon guide (a second Lieutenant)was a west point grad, 2nd in his class (or so the rumors said) and just as dumb as a box of rocks.
Oh, he was book smart, but not a lick of common sense.
There were good and bad, in my experience...he was the bad.
