Mookie's suggestion on naval ship design and procurement

I think it's insane that Britain is trying to produce unique naval vessels. Same for Canada and Australia. And, to a lesser extent, for us/US. It's good Britain is teaming up with France on an aircraft carrier.

Instead of designing and maintaining BOTH the Burke and Duke class warships, we should have had one design for both countries.

Australia and Canada should pool their efforts to produce a diesil sub. Again, economies of scale.
