BAGHDAD — A soldier was killed and another was injured Tuesday when their vehicle rolled over in the northern city of Kirkuk, the military announced.

It said the cause of the accident was not related to combat and was under investigation.

The death raised to at least 3,930 members of the U.S. military who have died since the Iraq war started in March 2003, according to an Associated Press count.
