Another black man dragged to death..

In today's AOL news, there is the story of a black man in Kentucky who was dragged for seven blocks by a white man who had stopped to ask for directions and then drove away dragging the man with him.

The white driver claims that the man was trying to reach in the car but then the black man's wallet was found in the car.

The man was dragged until his head hit a utility pole and a wall. He was unarmed.

People in Louisville, Kentucky where this occurred are intensely angry because, although the driver was arrested and charged with murder, he has been released on his own cognizance until trial ostensibly because he has no prior record of violence.

and out pending a murder charge? I thought that the accused would have at least had to post bail. This case is another example of the bias in the justice system.

That is one of the main reasons that African Americans are so incensed. It appears that the release of this accused and charged murderer is just one on several cases where whites are not held to the same legal standards as blacks are.

5. Now, how the hell else did that wallet "just happen to be on the seat"

when the driver was stopped?

I mean, it's not like when the driver stopped and asked for directions, the man may have leaned down to talk to him and the driver snatched the wallet from his shirt pocket and drove off with the man still holding to the car. I guess the driver rolled up the window and caught the guy's arm and just dragged him until he hit his head on the pole and curb. Either that or some similar scenario.

It's just impossible for some folks to believe that a white guy could pedestrian-jack a black man.

because this is acceptable to the Courts for the White guy to go free.
