Just caught footage on the news of Bishop Jakes and *. What's that about?

Was Jakes one of the Kool-Aid drinkers that 'encouraged' their flocks to vote for * ?

but one or two of the other Black ministers appearing with * during one of his later visits was pissed about the repeal of Davis-Bacon in the rebuilding of Louisiana. That made it a (very) little easier for me to take.
