Honore orders soldiers to put their weapons down!

Part of the military that was sent to Louisiana, Honore is a native of Louisiana known as 'The Ragin' Cajun.'

I just saw some footage of him ordering the troops to stop pointing their weapons at people, and reminded them they are human beings. Little children nearby started to cheer.
