i'm feeling really depressed
Last night on Keith Olbermann, they were talking about if Obama takes Iowa & New Hampshire that its all over, that the nomination is all but locked up. Talk like that makes me feel that my vote does not count ... that what I and 48 other states want does not count. I wish pundits would quit marginalizing the rest of us. Why should Iowa & New Hampshire get to pick my candidate for me? What makes those people any more relevant than any other people? Never in my life have I seen a primary like this one ... where MSM & the pundits, the DLC, everyone but the PEOPLE get to pick the candidate.

1. I think people are picking the candidate, but
ARE NOT THINKING in their selections. They are wowed by Obama's empty rhetoric and style. He makes many americans feel good about themselves "as they are so far evolved beyond race"... The media doesn't help but I do know at some point, the Media that created Obama will also eat him...look at Hillary for an example over the past 2 weeks....

is not being talked about.Another dirty little secret they don't dare whisper about, and I think the Obamaton is designed to try to stop, is a "brokered" convention.I think it is posible NONE of the 3 will get enough delegates and the convention will have to decide.Stranger things have happened and this is a strange year! Keep your chin up.Our boy is doing fine!

7. Hey, we're not even getting started yet.
As John said last night, less than 1% of the people have voted. Let's give the other 99% a chance to vote before we get too depressed. John says he's going to hang in there until the convention, and more and more people are coming over to his side every day.

I saw a graph this morning that shows John's support has doubled nationally since December. Be strong and believe in your gut feelings that John is the best candidate for President. Others know this too, and it's only a matter of time before word starts spreading.

8. That's right.
A fraction of all the people in the U. S. have had their say. The race just started and it's far from over.

9. One thing WE can do....
I've written to most of the MSM news operations as I'm sure many of you have. I was less than polite in my accusations of their slant on the candidates! I could be wrong, but I'm sensing at least a tiny crack in the door for mention of Edwards. Heh - especially on NPR!
I wrote NPR the day after Iowa and said I surmized that they must be getting their reports by simply listening to commercial media and rehashing their blather into NPR's words. Next day, NPR's giving John great mention and possibility. Did I have an effect? Sure - me and all the others that wrote in.
Write the media! Let them know that you're turning to the internet more and more, since you can't seem to find adequate coverage of the elections on the boob tube!
