I cried when I read about her cancer spreading. When Edwards ran for president the first time and dropped because of her cancer I wrote to her. I am a survivor and I told her a candle would be lit every evening for her. I am still doing it.

But JRE didn't drop out of the race either time because of EAE's cancer. First, she was not diagnosed with breast cancer until Nov 2004, after the 2004 election, in which JRE was Kerry's running mate. Second, when her cancer reappeared in March 2007, they made the decision to continue the campaign. JRE dropped out in late January 2008 as he was seriously out of money and knew he couldn't compete with Clinton and Obama any longer.

I'm certain EAE appreciates though knowing that anyone prays or sends positive thoughts her way.

She will be on Larry King Live tonight. I'm wondering though if it was pre-recorded as this interview was.
