hard to figure
You would think we had a bunch of radicals around here...

I can't figure out how the ultra-radical conspiracy theory stuff co-exists with the calls for party loyalty and the dismissal of any radical politics. Does the "tracking the Bush family crime empire" and being "opposed to U.S. imperialism" somehow make radical politics safe, or fun or something? Some sort of strange way that in a pedantic or academic context we can all get real radical-like but in real politics we cannot.
