OK, Help. I have no idea! (Sharing music online)

What's the best free way for me to upload some of my songs from CD and share them online?

I had a free real audio thing once, but I couldn't find anyone to host the audio files for free.

My Space will host 4 MP3 for free, but I have no idea how to convert my songs to MP3 for free.

I just want to share my music without spending any money.

Help.
