2. Ooh! Boutique Stuff!
I've messed around with some of those, like the double and triple. Very pricey, but what flexibility of tone. Congrats.

What are using for a cabinet? 4x12?

4. Using a 2X12 at the moment..
my budget was a little bit smaller than I had anticipated, so I was only able to get the head.. so for now I'm running it through my old vertical Mesa 2X12 while I'm also in the process of tearing my old Mark III apart and cleaning/restoring it.

5. Boy, I Bet That Thing Would Sound Great. . .
. . .with a closed back 4-12 cabinet. Lots of low end thump and really rich when clean and loud. I actually prefer the sound of a single 12", but i still know there are tones one can only get with a closed back. Have fun. We Boogie folks need to stick together!

so.. I traded my old Mark III and the matching 2/12 cabinet for 2 closed back 4-12s... holy hell! Finally, after 20 some-odd years of searching, I have the exact tone I've been searching for! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

3. dual?
one of my guitarists just got a single rectifier - i can't believe how loud it is. my 300watt ashdown head just doesn't cut it any more x(. if it weren't for PA support i doubt anyone would ever hear me. now i'm looking into pre/poweramp rack setups and all-tube heads. ahhh, bass

6. Good Screenname!
I'm a big Talking Heads fan from all the way back to the late 70's. Just wanted you to know.
