1. If they really wanted to devote an evening to the Tudors,
there's a whole grab-bag of films they could have chosen.

"A Man For All Seasons", "The Prince and the Pauper", "Young Bess", "Anne
of the Thousand Days" "The Sword and the Rose" (this last seems to be
lost in the mists of time - all I remember is Glynis Johns and an array
of beautiful gowns). The Tudors were an amazing family and lent their
names to a whole range of stories - intrigue; murder; imprisonment
(lawful or otherwise); execution; treason; and of course, love affairs,
at which they were generally dismal failures.

Can anyone think of any other titles to add to the list?
