Guess who's coming to dinner
Aren't they a good looking group?



Isn't it fun to toss whatever in the garden in a pan with some olive oil, garlic and pasta. Closest thing to a free dinner!

4. They're "Japanese Millionaire" LOL.....
They are absolutely DELISH!!!! I stir-fried them and they ended up like lovely meaty mushrooms. The skin is very tender, unlike the bigger eggplants there's nothing "leathery" about the skin.

I'm enjoying a few items everyday from my garden now. It's amazing to me to pick something I grew, and then to eat it. I don't know if it ever gets old, but I'm sure enjoying it now.
