Top Five Astro-Events for July
1. The Lunar Eclipse on July 7th is the first of three eclipses in a row, suggesting profound changes in global and personal trends. Family dynamics play out with far-reaching consequences. In Washington D.C., the eclipse features an angular Ceres-Saturn conjunction harmoniously related to the eclipse, perhaps indicating major health care reform is on the way.

2. Mars squares the Jupiter-Neptune-Chiron stellium while conjoining the evil star Algol, with the strongest influence from July 2nd to 7th. This combination indicates violent action, suicidal impulses, and tragic accidents for anyone with stressed planets in 25º-26º of the fixed signs. With the U.S. Moon activated, we can expect some headline news stories that feature explosive action.

3. Jupiter conjoins Neptune on July 9th while conjunct the U.S. Moon. Chiron is nearby, making a triple conjunction in Aquarius that influences all geopolitical events all month, and emphasizes the power of collective actions. Iran's Jupiter is hit by this eclipse, as is Ayatollah Khamenei's Mars-Pluto, suggesting he is under tremendous pressure.

Is it possible to have an entire month of extended influence before the actual eclipse? Or have all these celebrity deaths (for instance) been independent of this?

12. after study/practice astrology for many moons, my experience

has been that when an aspect is 'buidling to an exact' is when it is sensed, felt strongly (if one is at least an observant or generally 'aware' person).

4. Birthdays

Don't know if this means anything for us on a personal level, but my Dad's birthday is July 7 and mine is July 20. My Dad's birthday just keeps falling on interesting days. A couple of years ago he turned 70 on 7/7/07.

5. My sister is 7/21 ...!!!

she is very closed to the incoming energies, I hope this eclipse finds her safe & well ... she'll be 44

I will be 45. But a close friend of mine from childhood will also be 44 on July 21.

We will see what is up with these energies. Hopefully my Dad's very tight religious blinders won't get in his way.

Is Leo a fixed sign? My schizophrenic sister, July 26,1973, has been very volatile/suicidal the last several months. We learned today that Mom only has, at most, 3 or 4 months and I fear it will set sister off more with these occurrences.

I get going too fast.
I'm just real hesitant about all these "meanings" of these fixed stars being so evil. Why? After having studied the planets so closely, esp. the ones with "bad" reputations, I feel like it's us that doesn't understand the pure archetype. Plus, I believe that basically, all forces are good in the world until we twist them.
