The Earth Star Chakra is a transpersonal chakra located roughly 1 to 1 1/2 feet below your feet. As I have personally found it very useful to work with this chakra I want share and see if it is as fruitful for others. For years I grounded from the soles of my feet and root chakra. When I started clearing and grounding from the Earth Star chakra I noticed a difference in my ability to stay present and to come back to myself after expanding experiences. Just as with a house needs a good foundation our bodies need a solid base to build upon. IT is more difficult to bring back, use & integrate transformational energies when one is not solidly connected to the earth plane. This is not intended to bind us to our bodies or earth but to allow us to fully manifest our spiritual nature as much as healthily possible for the duration of our incarnation.

The focus of this project is to send positive energies to the Earth Star Chakras of everyone who wishes to take part to heal any damage, clear and transmute anything harmful, and reconnect/improve the connection with this chakra - all in whatever manner serves the highest good of all taking part.

For the visually oriented there is dispute as to what color this chakra is. I see mine as a glowing bronze/golden brown but when I first connected it was a brown & black crusty burnt out coal in my mind's eye. Some see it as brown, others as black go with what comes to you until you sense otherwise is my advice.

Suggested Guidelines:
Please send energy to those who sign up along with this thread. This is to charge it to allow anyone who visits it may choose to receive healing healing now and in the future. The suggested times for those who want guidelines are 6:30-7 AM & 6:30-7 PM. You are NOT expected to send the entire half hour or twice a day or even daily :) Those times are just rough guidelines for those who prefer working in a framework. It is up to you to send when and how long *you* feel is appropriate.

All energy healing techniques are welcome whether prayer, Reiki, visualizing colored light, chanting, singing, dancing, crystals or something totally different. The only requirement is it to be sent with the intention that it be for the highest good of all involved in what ever manner serves the recipients best.

You may take part as a sender, receiver or both. Choose which serves you best at this time. For those who prefer to send to a list of recipients please post below that you wish to receive.

Sharing experiences and results are optional but totally welcome if there is anything you feel comfortable sharing :)

PPS future projects will work their way up the chakra system. As I find working from the bottom up allows more spiritual/cosmic energy to come in and makes it easier for the excess to go into the Earth I suggest started if not here at least with the Root Chakra for best effect.

3. A few links on the Earth Star & other minor/extra chakras

In future projects many of these will be included with related major traditional chakra or if I feel them important enough given a whole week to itself. The Thymus Chakra will certainly get it's own week as so many people have immune related issues ranging from allergies to autoimmune disorders not to mention the heart ache that gets store up there as well. Another point I have started working with that I have found useful is between the solar plexus and heart. From these sites I can see no consensus on the name though I suppose the most accurate is the Diaphramic Chakra. When I work with that I can feel so much YUK! leave it amazes me. I had come across it before in reading but stumbled across it in myself when clearing the energy channel between the solar plexus and heart only to be amazed at the intensity of release.

I had similar happenings with the point at the base of the skull variously called Zeal Point, Mouth of God, Jade Pillow, Causal Body, Base of the Head (or Skull) Chakra and undoubtedly more than I can't recall right now. All I know is when I did a little clearing on it I got a hugh release of energy. No pain with any of these, just a sensation of *intensity* such as feeling water rush through a high pressure hose and cold. The older the stored stuff is and the larger the amount the colder it feels to me and this stuff was down right icy!

The Earth Star
This is the grounding point we use when we earth our energies and is found below our feet. It is our connection to Mother Earth and helps keep us firmly ‘planted’ into physicality, which is where we are meant to be in our physical incarnation. Being properly grounded through the Earth Star helps to keep our subtle bodies anchored and aligned correctly. Use grounding stones such as hematite, black tourmaline or smoky quartz- if you are sitting or standing you can place the stones on the floor between your feet, if lying you'll find the point between and below the feet.

Have you experienced any changes since this project started such as feeling more grounded or centered? If you do a grounding practice such as sending roots into the earth out of your feet and/or root chakra has there been any improvement?

I would love to know if this is effecting others as it did me when I started regularly working on my Earth Star Chakra if anyone feels comfortable sharing :bounce:
