Is there some astrological event that's prompting dental work?
Edited on Tue Oct-28-08 07:14 PM by Callie McAllie
There are about five people in my office who've either had teeth problems this week or dentist appointments aleady scheduled. It's bizarre.

Or maybe it's the best response to the McCain/Palin influence: drill, baby, drill.

1. Jupiter in Capricorn tends to support dental work.

Capricorn rules the skeletal system, including teeth. I had major "dental events" in '84 and '96 (both Jup in Cap years). Nothing this year, although I was planning on looking into laser teeth (tooth?) whitening before '09.

8. Thank you!
Apparently it Jupiter in Capricorn really does rule teeth, judging from the responses.

How long will this last?

It occurs to me, though, that the "dental issues" might also be related to Pluto heading for Capricorn.

11. Us too!
I was just asking Mr. MG what our medical plan covered because I was feeling the need to visit the dentist (after several years). I also recommended that Mr. MG go as well--he drinks a lot of strong coffee, and it shows.

3. Oh, how weird.
I'm having dental surgery too (on all four sides). Just waiting to find out how much insurance will cover.

4. I had a dental appt. today
and had to listen to the dentist and his assistant talk about how dangerous Obama will be for healthcare. Of course I had to remain still and silent. My policy is never argue politics with your dentist -- he has the drill. It just made the entire experience more painful.

5. interesting
I am pretty sure I am going to need a crown, as I can feel that one of my back teeth is chipped. I have a checkup anyway next week, so I haven't made an extra appointment.

6. My teeth have been killing me
both upper and lower back teeth. I thought I had a sinus infection or had damaged them or my jaw by grinding them at night. My mom also is having pain from recent dental work. We are both trying to get dental appointments. How strange!

7. I just got through a month of dental pain from procedures.
Had what I thought was a routine crown renewal, but the dentist accidently hit a nerve with the needle (never want to experience THAT again!) and caused a lot of misery for weeks. I thought I was permanently damaged, but with taking extra B Complex, Hypericum and Turmeric for nerve damage and inflammation, I have now recouped and am feeling normal again. What a relief.

I do NOT want to hear anything about drilling the entire time I am there!!!

I already call them the "Fang Factory" so you can kinda guess how much I enjoy these trips.

12. My best quess is..
that it's the tightening Saturn (teeth) opposite Uranus maxing out on 11/4. Especially the combination of high-tech equipment (Uranus) with the teeth (Saturn). It should start passing about 3 or 4 days after the election. It will repeat twice in 09 however.
