Weekly Healing Project #9 | September 28 - October 4: Personal Power, Will & The Throat Chakra

2nd optional project for the Earth: Let Gaia give you a gift. I was going to post about healing the land around each of our homes but I have to post this. Gaia wants to give us gifts. She really does want to make earth a paradise for all beings but so far not enough will let her. She is a loving mother who refuses to give up on any of her children no matter how stubborn or misguided or worse. If there is anyway in your belief system that allows this connect with the earth and see and feel for yourself. She is here and wants to nurture us and help us to grow strong and adult and cocreate a healthier world for all. there are no one chosen person or group. everyone is equally 'chosen' it is up to each whether they want to take part and how much and in what manner. The details don't matter I say tomato you say tomato I see Gaia another might see Mother Mary or White Buffalo Woman. Beings liket his don't just go around bonking people on the head with blessings. they need perimission.


OK back to this week's project. I normally try to narrow things down a bit while still keeping the area of treatment broad which sounds not sensible to me as I type but oh well. ahem. Well this one is a bit broader as I kept trying to narrow it down but it seemed to me for the treatment to have best effect all areas need treating. I was taught that the Will and Personal Power are focused in the throat charka, that is is in the throat that our energy goes into the world to create what we want. Now I know I have big issues with this but I figure that even those here who don't have big issues might appreciate a boost especially now as we all are doing our best to exert our wills for a better world in no small part through the upcoming election.

There are many reason to be leery of embracing one's personal power. In mine I know I fear turning into a bad person if I did so. On the other hand I fear being harmed for it as I was in past lives even when I did use it for good as a healer. Whatever holds any of you back from your full potential I send Reiki to those who choose to receive for your highest good in healing all aspects of your personal power, will and throat chakra. Namaste!

Please send energy to those who sign up along with this thread. This is to charge it to allow anyone who visits it may choose to receive healing healing now and in the future. The suggested times for those who want guidelines are 6:30-7 AM & 6:30-7 PM. You are NOT expected to send the entire half hour or twice a day or even daily :) Those times are just rough guidelines for those who prefer working in a framework. It is up to you to send when and how long *you* feel is appropriate. All energy healing techniques are welcome whether prayer, Reiki, visualizing colored light, chanting, singing, dancing, crystals or something totally different. The only requirement is it to be sent for the highest good of all involved.

You may take part as a sender, receiver or both. Choose which serves you best at this time. For those who prefer to send to a list of recipients please post below that you wish to receive.

Sharing experiences and results are optional but totally welcome if there is anything you feel comfortable sharing :)

3. Results so far

I have manageded to wear a mockneck shirt several times without panic which usually prevents me from wearing them. On the other hand my neck issues are worse than ever. ow ow ow ow ow. I think the energy is really hitting those blockages. I need to do more toning as that helps some.

6. What is a mockneck shirt? Is it a mock turtleneck?

My response to this time period has been more verbal symtoms. I have been more expressive. Sometimes very good. Just a need to clear the throat a bit though.

7. Oops sorry, yes it is a mock turtleneck shirt so the cloth around the neck is looser

I went several years where I could wear both and then couldn't stand either kind. Going through the clothes stuffed in the back of drawers and my closet I found several and just this week was able to wear a couple of the mock turtlenecks without feeling on the verge of panic. Of course now that means I am kicking myself for giving a few of my turtlenecks to the Goodwill a month or so ago figuring I would never be able to stand to wear them again :P I am very easily chilled when the weather gets cold so I am thrilled I am working my way back to turtle necks as they really help keep me warm. Already this fall if I sit still more than say half of jeopardy my fingernails start going blueish. Nothing the doctor could figure out and it runs in my biological family maternal line. One natural healer suggested I may have Raynard's (sp?) so I have started taking Ginkgo to see if that helps. I am also considering going on the Pauling Protocol (vitamin c, l-lysine, & l-proline) even tho I don't have heart disease as it has helped my Grandmother who was never easily chilled until she had a heart attack about 1 1/2 years ago. She just noticed that this fall she hasn't had to wear gloves yet unlike last and that her feet aren't constantly cold like before.

4. Next week's project - Turning to the Dark Side

So many good things and normal qualities are demonized and shoved into the shadow by our culture and belief systems. Strength in a woman makes her a B***h. Tenderness in a man makes him a wimp. Anger not healthily expressed and utilized turns to rage. Healthy caution can be turned into panic and phobia.

and so next week I invite you all to join me on a journey to the dark side, to excavate the buried treasures, heal the damaged normal human qualities and clear out the muck that truly does not serve.

"As (your favorite deity) knows best. Otherwise, you run the risk of overwhelming them and they react to what you've sent as an attack.

8. Thank you for bringing this up. I often don't remember to sugest this

although I do something similar when I send Reiki to others :)

9. I usually ask their souls to accept what they can

and send the rest into Mother Earth. It's worked out okay so far for me.

The only things I seem to overwhelm are light fixtures. It's very annoying. I thought when we switched to those CFL bulbs it wouldn't be such an issue, but I can burn those out too. It would be humorous if it weren't so expensive to replace them continuously.
