What is it about August 3rd?

For four out of the last five August 3rds, I have had major, life-changing experiences on this day. In '04, I started my novel, in '05, I started to understand what it was about, (a big epiphany) in '06, I started my Ascension process, and in '08, I had a brilliant vision about another book I could write.

Does this date have some special metaphysical significance? Anyone?

But I don't. Anyway, I am excited that you had this inspiration. 8+3=11 and I think that may be a number for getting inspiration, or clicking. At least that is what the people that see 11:11 on digital clocks all the time say.

Yesterday was a good day for me because it was the first day I was actually able to go on a short hike since I sprained both sides of my ankle a couple of months ago. I treated myself to some high top tennis shoes, because my hiking boots are a bit hot for this time of year.

4. Oh, dur. I dabble in numerology and somehow missed that.

I tend to focus only on the day number sometimes, in this case, 3. 3, to me, is about play, creativity, joy, fun, siblings, and the past/present/future. Hmmm.

5. No, but I have a love/hate relationship with the 13th.

Enough of one that it usually finds me holed up at home, or out on the trail by myself, determinedly refusing to look at calendars or think about the past.

7. That day is connected to both of my ex husbands.

I grew up with my second husband; we were childhood sweethearts. When I got married the first time, I knew I was getting married on his birthday.

That marriage lasted 10 years. When I got married the second time, it was TO that childhood sweetheart. We used to laugh about the first wedding being on his birthday.

That marriage lasted 12 years, and when it ended I lost a lifelong friend as well as a spouse.
