I received a message from my mom.
A few weeks ago, I asked the group about communications from those who have passed on. As many of you know, my mom died in February. A couple of weeks ago, I had a dream in which she came back. I knew, in the dream, that she was but a spirit, but she had chosen to show herself as she was in the healthier part of her life.

She told me that she was doing just fine; in fact, that she was feeling very well. She asked me to call all my siblings, so they could come and see for themselves too. I called them, but unfortunately, I woke up before they got there.

That didn't matter, though. What mattered is that I know mom is doing well, that she's all right.

I shared that dream with one of my sisters. She was very taken with it, and thanked me for sharing it with her. I haven't yet shared it with my other siblings; I will, when the time is right.

I loved hearing from my mom, and knowing that she is all right. She is resting, I feel, and when she is ready, will go on to the next phase.

I just wanted to share that with you all.

1. I knew you would hear.Interesting that your dream also
referenced a phone call as did mine from my Dad. My dream was so real, I thought I did get a call from him when I woke! I know yours was a visit and not a "call" as mine was but did it seem very vivid and real to you when you woke?

2. Hi saracat!
Yes, indeed, my dream felt very real to me, and I do believe that it WAS a message from my mom.

I was a bit disappointed that I woke up before the dream was done, but nevertheless, I was glad that she popped in for a moment to let me, and my siblings, know that she was all right.

3. It really is wonderful. I am sure it gave you some comfort to know
that she is both safe and continues to care about you all. What a terrific experience!

4. It gave me a lot of comfort.
And while I wish so much that she were still with us, she chose to go, because she was so tired.

So it does give me great comfort to know that she is in a good place, getting the rest and healing she needs, so very much.

I imagine her resting in a very peaceful place, and know that at some point, she will be ready to move on to the next step.

That does my heart good.

6. My Dad showed up at my reading on Thursday
He was there communicating he was supportive for me going into business. I was pretty sure he crossed over when he died. We talked to him about it when he was hanging between. Right before he was checking out (going into that coma like sleep), he talked about seeing patterns. He showed up at my reading with his father and grandfather. This is the first time he has shown up at anything (I attend message circles every month).

9. How nice!
That kind of affirmation is so valuable, I think.

5. Ooh, yea!
I'm so, so happy for you! What a gift - I'm grateful that you were open to receive. Yea!

I'm glad your Mom is well and resting on the other side. {Rest - ah, that sounds terrific.} I wonder what she'll choose when she's ready.

7. Oh, that is a wonderful visit. I know it made you feel so much better.
There's a quality about those visitation dreams that is so real that you just know...it wasn't just a dream. It's almost like having a hug from them. At the same time, it stirs your heart and makes you feel a little sad, too, but it's still worth it in my opinion! I'm very glad for you, SG, and I know your mom is around you lots of times and especially when you're missing her.

11. It did make me feel better.
Especially knowing that she is, indeed, doing well and getting the rest she so richly deserves.

8. Oh how wonderful
It is a comfort, isn't it, SG? A couple of days after my grandmother died, she came to my mom in a dream to tell her she was all right. (My mom was taking it pretty hard.) My mom thought it was "only" a dream, but I knew it really had been her. The interesting thing is my mom doesn't remember having that dream--in fact, she "forgot" it pretty promptly. I think it was a self-protection reaction because she doesn't cope well with the esoteric.

12. Thanks, MG.
It was truly a comfort.

And I bet you mom's visit from your grandmother was a comfort to her too, even if she "doesn't cope will with the esoteric."

15. Awesome. My brother had several visions of our passed mom
for awhile, and then after our sister asked a friend to "help her over", it all stopped. She needed a little direction in moving on. I guess her relatives weren't expecting her to arrive so soon after the last one left us. Anyway, she visited me and touched my head late one night while I was grieving.

Maybe the sister that was so accepting of your message can pass it on to your other siblings. Sometimes that's the way it is.

Peace to you.

16. Wonderful!
I'm so happy you heard from your mom, SeattleGirl. It's really a special thing, isn't it, when they come through to let you know they are OK. And you know--know without a doubt--that it is a visit and not "just a dream."

You said your visit was a couple weeks ago. Whenever I have had these experiences, it takes me a couple weeks to "process" it before I can talk about it.

I no longer think of my friends, relatives, and animal friends as "departed." I think of them as with me, right here on this earth, but in another dimension where I can have access to them some of the time. Some day I think we will be able to access these dimensions. Already infrared photography is showing that we can capture images from tnese parallel universes.
