I feel like I'm surrounded by chaos at the moment. My older daughter and boyfriend just moved out of their apartment at the end of their lease, and are leaving today to live in New Orleans for 6 months. My house is filled with their stuff, and they are leaving most of it here.

I haven't had any work in over 2 months.

Just letting is all blow past me and not reacting seems to be the best possible way of dealing with it.

As in not one, but TWO friends/work associates have accused me of putting their professional reputation at risk. True? Not in the LEAST. They were both frantically looking for someone, anyone, to point fingers at, and I just happened to be standing there, associated with the projects. My reaction to both? I said,"Gee, I'm sorry that happened to you--what can I do to help?" and NOTHING MORE until Merc goes direct.

4. I tend to use Merc Retrograde periods

to re-write screenplays and plays and re-visit old ideas for new ones that bubble to the surface. I don't BEGIN them until Mercury moves direct, but I take notes, hash out ideas, throw away stupid ones and just continue to re-work it.

Mercury Retrograde, to me, means re- anything: re-work, re-write, re-visit, revise, etc and so on.

I like what you said about the "re-" factor. We are about to refinance our house, and the bank will not hold off until after Mercury goes direct. I was a little worried about it, but I still think it's a good step.

I just got back from Australia, haven't been checking the ephemeris. Didn't we just get Mars direct? Now I have to go back to work in my job, where I live by my computer, and deal with Merc Rx!!

But I thank you for your survival strategy, Blue Iris! My work also requires constant communication, and as hard for a Saj with a Virgo moon to do (pedantic and discriminating--but let's not say like it's a bad thing!) to do, I'll try to remain neutral in all my rapports.
