Hillary's transits for the February 5th contest look about as non-eventful as the other candidate's charts which leads me to believe even more so that a clear, defined "winner" won't be mathematically crowned with the requisite number of delegates that day.
She still has Tr. (or Transiting) Uranus trine her Ascendant -- which snapped into place the day before the NV Caucus -- and Tr. Mars is now direct and on it's way to meet her Uranus (which is trine the US Moon) by conjunction.
What leads me to strongly suspect that although she does well popular vote-wise during the February Contests, but doesn't yet get the requisite delegate-count is due to the fact that Tr. Chiron snaps into a square with her Venus on February 6th, the day after Super Tuesday, and doesn't leave until two days after the February 19th contests in Hawaii, Washington and Wisconsin when it moves to begin it's square to Barack's Ascendant. In addition, she has her own SP Moon beginning a frustrating square with Tr. Saturn which doesn't end until the day before the March 4th Primary as well as Tr. Jupiter squaring her Neptune.
So, February in general looks frustrating for her as well as Barack. (I've yet to look at Edwards, which I'll do next)
On to February 10th and the Caucus in Maine.
A potentially frustrating day for her as Uranus has now left the trine to her Ascendant and Tr. Venus has a one day -- yes, one day on THAT DAY -- inconjunct with her Saturn indicating some kind of tension. The Tr. Jupiter square her Neptune is still in effect (snapping out of place the next day), but Tr. Pluto is 4 minutes from an exact sextile with her Natal Jupiter, so her efforts to expand (Jupiter) her influence and change (Pluto) is being supported (sextile). But, although she may eke out something of a success (with the Pluto sextile Jupiter and Tr. Jupiter leaving the square to Neptune), Tr. Chiron may mute this all with it's continued square to her Venus.
Which brings us to February 12th and the delegate rich Primaries of DC, Maryland and Virginia with their 238 delegates.
Tr. Jupiter moves out of it's square with Neptune and into a soft sextile with Chiron while Tr. Venus moves out of it's inconjunct with her Saturn having just spent the previous day in a sextile with her Moon indicating time spent in optimistic reflection (perhaps she does better in Maine than I first thought? I don't know).
But more importantly Tr. Mars -- out of it's long, frustrating retrograde period and finally powerfully direct -- has snapped into a conjunction with her Uranus (and an inconjunct with Barack's Saturn) igniting her link -- by trine -- with the US Moon. Every President ever elected has contacts between their chart and the US Chart, so the igniting of her Uranus by Mars on the biggest delegate rich Primary after Super Tuesday (and before the contests on March 4th or April 22nd) indicates to me that she comes out on top this day in the popular vote as well as taking the lead in the delegate count.
With Tr. Chiron still square her Venus, the race isn't decided by any means, but I suspect the February 12th Primary may put Hillary -- perhaps only slightly -- ahead of Barack delegate-wise. Or, if Super Tuesday had her an inch in front of him delegate-wise, this will slightly -- only slightly -- expand it. This suspicion is supported when one realizes that Tr. Pluto snaps into an EXACT sextile with her Natal Jupiter that day. The more exact, the more powerful.
A sextile -- or 60 degrees -- is considered a "soft" easy aspect as it can go by unnoticed. It does, though, tend to support one's efforts if one is working hard to achieve something and, with Pluto and Jupiter involved in this sextile, I suspect Hillary may have a good day on the 12th.
February 19th in Hawaii, Washington, Wisconsin and 218 delegates. A hard fought race with Hillary's Pluto/Mars conjunction being hit by the same Tr. Moon that's giving Barack his New Moon and Tr. Venus square her Sun. Tr. Moon is also inconjunct her Jupiter and square her Venus during the day.
But I think she eventually does well on the 19th as Tr. Pluto is still tightly sextile her Jupiter (off by 9 minutes) still supporting her efforts to expand and Tr. Chiron finally leaves it's square to her Venus two days later beginning it's square to Barack's Ascendant. This Tr. Chiron clearly indicates to me who's "happy" leading into March's Primaries and who's beginning a new "difficult" Chiron journey.
For those hungering for an Edwards write-up, I'll get to it. Don't worry. :-)
