Did any of you watch the Dem debate tonight? See the Clinton/Obama

I have to say, I kind of liked it; those white glove things they usually have are, IMHO, dishonest.

Did anyone see this coming?

1. Sorry. I've been boycotting the debates because of the

exclusion of Kucinich and Gravel. I don't like the whore news telling me who I can listen to and not listen to. But it sounds like Clinton and Obama are at each other's throats.

3. The media doing that really makes me mad too.

Why they all can't be in the debate is beyond me. Both Kucinich and Gravel have valid things to say, and their voices should be heard.

2. Yikes!

I haven't seen any debates; that's the first clip I've watched of any of them--I've only read about them--and...yikers! I see real venom in both Clinton and Obama. They and their camps are having a serious war, aren't they?

I must admit it was a refreshing change from the debates when the candidates just repeat their platforms and are painfully polite :boring:, but I feel like Clinton's and Obama's personal issues are overshadowing their ability to address the needs of the country.

Then again, I am an Edwards supporter, so maybe it just comes with the territory... ;)

Obama's personal stuff was what drove that brouhaha last night. If they want to duke it out on the issues, that's great, but they need to stop the really personal attacks.

5. I just don't get it...

Everywhere I turn, IRL, on the radio call-in shows, and on DU, it seems there are SO many Edwards folks. Despite all the Clinton and Obama touting on DU, he even wins all the straw polls here. So why is he doing so poorly in the public polls? Where are all the Edwards supporters when it comes to being counted? This is so weird.

But the M$M has decided that he is not a "rock star" candidate, so they marginalize him.

One thing I will say about the debate last night: Edwards made his presence known, and they had to stop ignoring him (at least for that night).
