My year from hell...will the stars let me off the hook soon?

Started with losing my mother suddenly last June (I had a palm read in New Orleans 2 weeks previously, and was told I would lose someone close), uncle with cancer, grandma with cancer, father in law in hospital, sister in law with divorce after 20 years....much much more

I am slowly going insane...can anyone tell me if my life will calm down this year so I can get some mental rest? Born February 6, 1960 at 7:28 am.

One thing to remember.....IT WILL END! Sometimes this stuff goes on for a year or two before it subsides, but eventually, it does subside.

Thank you for your encouragement...I know this too shall pass, but it does seem to be one of the hardest years so far in my life, and I am very curious to see if, had I paid more attention, I would have been more (or a lttle more anyway) prepared, and would be interested if I need to steel myself some more.

since I am in a hurry.

Last June you went into the period of Jupiter-Mars. Both planets are in your twelvth house, a house initially experienced as suffering and loss, but ultimately as surrender, acceptance, spirituality, and the will to be of service to the greater good. It may seem that what you have been experiencing is excruciating punishment, but it is really an initiation, an attempt by your soul to get you to pay more attention to the hidden dimensions of life.

In June of this year, the cycle changes for you to Jupiter-Rahu. This will partially bring you out of the period of inner focus to one more actively involved in the world. The next 2 and a half years from this June represent a culmination of experience that you have been involved with since late 1990. This is a completing stage of preparation for your involvement in a dedicated path of service beginning in October of 2007.

From now until then, it may be a good time for you to write and communicate as part of your career path.

With Pluto coming up to your Jupiter early next year it is time to become more accepting of death as part of life, and to find that which gives your life real meaning and infuses it with passion.

what fates lie in wait for me as dictated by the stars, but I am a believer in all things spiritual, and have been moved beyond belief since our inland trip through Mexico. I am at a turning point in my life, I know, and I want to use every tool I can to take the right path.

8. I don't have much time either, but will make a quick observation

based just on the info you've given (and without having drawn up your chart).

Neptune is conjunct your Aquarian Sun right now (and will be there off and on through 2006). As I mentioned to Wm. Pitt (who posted a thread recently in this forum) who also has a difficult transit of Neptune to his Sun, this is a time when parts of your life will seem to simply dissolve...disappear, and you may feel that you're coming unglued. You will experience this 'death' on many levels, while also at times reaching the height of spiritual connection as you seem to slip the bonds of Earth. Your sensitivity is heightened tremendously. You will be like this big receptor dish, with no way to filter what comes in from the collective and no 'off' button.

Please please please read up on this Planet and it's transits as it will help a great deal.

Pay close attention to dreams and insights (write them down). It is not the best time, however to begin rebuilding your life as things are still very much in a fluid state (for another year and a half).

The much faster moving Mars will join this conjunction for a few days around April 14th. It may be a real blow to your ego-self, and you may experience real difficulty in expressing yourself without creating misunderstandings or feeling discouraged. Do nothing dishonest, and don't leave yourself vulnerable to other's dishonesty or psychological abuse.

I highly recommend you go to a store that sells astrology books and look up transiting Neptune conjunct the Sun. You can also look up Neptune in Aquarius, and if you have your natal chart you can look up Neptune in whatever house your natal Sun resides.

I particularly recommend Marilyn Waram's book, The Book of Neptune, to provide you with guidance and more indepth info about this unique, once in a lifetime experience. It's all about flowing with the river......

If another Astrologer has some time, maybe they can provide a more indepth look at what's going on in your entire chart to get the full spectrum.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost a few family members during a Neptune square to my Sun and simply went numb and into a depression....
I hope you have good supportive friendships/family around you now that will provide you a safe haven and nurture you through this difficult passage. Also learn to nurture yourself at this time. Take warm baths, get massage, be around positive people, take long walks in nature, speak to those loved ones who have passed, and eat only wholesome foods.
