I'm back...still wondering about my haunting.

So, awhile back I posted about how, in my childhood home of 18 years, I grew up with a ghost in my room. Friends and pets were afraid to go in there, and I always felt something in a certain corner of the room. Later, my siblings also said they felt "something" unfriendly in the same corner.

Although it was strongest in my room (attic room), sometimes the same energy could be felt in the basement and even down a certain part of the street in front.

Someone here once posted their "vibes" about it, but we lost communication since. Any takers? I'm STILL curious!

PS-I recently talked to a psychic but we never touched on this subject...wish we had!

I personally would try to just ask him/her whether I can help him/her with something, but we should not fool around with these imprint energies without knowing what we're doing - and as I remember the soul did not follow you. I would just let it be, since this is something of the past.
If you were able to talk to this energy what would you want to know? What do you want to happen next? Do you feel you are obliged to help it cross over?

2. Well, I just wonder what it was doing there all this time, and if

it was possible it DID follow me. :(

Because just over the past week I've have the feeling that the same energy is around me, in a different house several states away. And...suddenly my cat won't sleep in my room anymore. :wtf:

I really really don't want to deal with anything like it ever again. It was a very negative energy.

in which case it may be worthwhile to check. Perhaps it is someone from a previous lifetime and that soul did not reincarnate this time with you.
Unfinished business maybe - the negativity may just be frustration on his/her part that communication just is not getting through.
If that's the case once you communicate I think the issue will resolve.
Do you have any physical discomfort? The base of your head, neck, when you feel the energy is present?

In any event, when you feel the presence - until you feel strong enough and do not have a bit of fear, envision yourself to be in a protective bubble of light, and know nothing can harm you. (I used to do that when I meditated in Yoga - I was overwhelmed by animal spirits) Smudge your room, and see if the cat comes back.

I was perplexed before...and recently I'm even more perplexed! I don't think I like having spirits around me.

5. I understand

but there will be spirits, and since you feel their presence think of it as a gift.
I think we just have to empower ourselves, and learn as much as we can - if another soul in whatever shape or form seeks assistance, I would like to be able to help. (Maybe someday, I will take up the shamanic courses)
Most appartions I see, are just there - passing by, minding their own business. :)
Only a friend from school sought actual attention from me when she suddendly passed on when she was in her early 40's...
and by the way, children are more sensitive - many do see them when they are small - say 3-4 years old.
