2006 forecast question: Is it safe to travel after a full moon?
Edited on Thu Dec-29-05 02:29 AM by BlueIris
I have absolutely no idea why an astrologer whose 2006 forecast I just encountered would tell his clients not to travel "after" the full moons next year, especially, as he put it, "after a supernova window." Despite his many terrible predictions for the coming year, (he's much more pessimistic than I or anyone else here about Progressives' progress) this was the only warning to his readers that was in bold text. He gave no explanation for his reasoning, and I wondered if this recommendation had something to do with astro issues or lore beyond that of a beginning like me. Does anyone here have strong feelings about not traveling around the time after any of the full moons in '06?

As long-range predictions go, it's actually not too bad...I guess...

4. Okay, well, if no one here can recall any astro-related reason
why travel just after the full moon is an extremely bad idea, I won't care.

5. Hi BlueIris

This is what I found. I Googled Forecasts for 06 and the dates of the super nova windows are.

Jan 28-March 30
July 1-Aug 2
October 21-November 11

I also read at least 4 websites that agree with his including the 2006 forecast from http://www.astroworld.us/archives/000552.html#000552

I suggest we all pay heed as 4 different astrologers are all predicting the same type of events. Particularly the water supply issue June through August.

6. Interesting. Thanks, OhioBlue!!

I continue to be extremely irritated with Google and I got...none of that when I did focused keyword searches for info on supernovas and the like. Grrrr. But I'm glad someone found more info. I will definitely be avoiding travel generally next year, especially air travel. I know what OhioBlue found doesn't necessarily preclude it, but--I can advance my growth agendas without running all over the place.

9. Some of the Astroworld 06 predictions are disturbing..
George Bush gets off this year on the illegal “wire-tapping” of the American People and we sink further into the murky waters of fascism, people still in la, la, land. Whenever anyone says “well, if you’re not doing anything wrong who cares if they are listening in,” remind them that they won’t be the ones determining if they are doing something wrong, the government will be the ones deciding. Saturn sitting on GWB’s Ascendant and Mercury doesn’t promise a good year for him but no impeachment.

False arrests and imprisonment of American citizens, with the rest of Americans oblivious.

If the bottom doesn’t fall out of the economy and the housing bubble in 2006, it will in the very beginning of 2007 but the US will be broke by the end of 2006, heck we are broke now.

Money going out of the US like water through war and a continued fall of the dollar and we are being lied to about the economy, big time.

War with Syria and/or Iran with Iraq joining Iran and Iran receiving help from China and Russia (that’s already happening) The draft will come up again.

Martial Law somewhere in the US this year slowly spreading across the country if not stopped by the people.

..someone is itching for war with the United States and we are itching to give it, all over oil (Neptune’s involvement) As I said, Russia and China are involved.

It will be a few years yet before the US realizes that all the money in the Federal Reserve has been stolen, however, the astute in the country already know.

believable. There's no way I believe Bush will survive next year, or that we will invade Iran. She's allowing her own opinions about what may happen to influence her "astrological 'insights,'" there, IMHO. She should really check out more reputable blogs, if you ask me.

11. I don't know for certain
about her predictions or those of (even) myself. I trust myself but I have noticed that things seems to change quickly. What we see happening at this moment could be different tomorrow if we look again.

I did a fairly deep comparison and at least four or five astrological sites predictions had the same type of information. I think much of what any of us predict has the opportunity to be different tomorrow, depending on who wakes up and changes things by doing the right thing.

Try not to worry, no one knows for certain what the future will bring. I was always taught to see (in my mind/imagination) how I would like for things to play out and then be willing to accept what comes.
