Hey everyone, my friend who channels asked me over a month ago if I had heard anything about the date August 13th. I hadn't at the time. She said she was asked to save the date to help "anchor in huge Light". I got this in my email today and there's a big ceremony that day that is free to watch online and participate in. I know most everyone here is a Lightworker so I wanted to pass this along. Lot's going on this month for sure!

1. I always liked Patricia Cota-Robles (warning, Debbie Downer comment inside)...

I've subscribed to her mailings since the late 90's (dayum, I'm really getting old :eyes:).

She's been on a speaking tour at least since that time, and the thing I always appreciated about her is that her events are free.

But, I have to tell you, what is written above, has been written since I started getting her information.

No kidding.

EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. it's the same thing. The same ceremonies, same sacred timings, same momentous occasions each August ("windows of opportunity for Humanity")... everything. Just a different year.

That doesn't mean that significant things aren't happening to our Universe, in our collective reality, and in the heavens. And loving gatherings are ALWAYS a positive thing, imho.

But this just brings home to me in a very stark way how there is a Groundhog Day effect taking place within the "new age" community...at least to those who have been privy to it for more than a couple of years. It's starting to remind me of the Rapture prophets on the right.

I wonder if these people even realize they're literally saying the same things -- about events, both upcoming and in the recent past, not just ideas or beliefs -- over and over and over again? Maybe they're stuck in their own time warp. I haven't seen anything new or unique shared in a long, long time. So I stopped paying attention and just stay in the now.

I probably should have kept my two cents to myself in this case (sorry, findrskeep), but the deja vu was just too much, especially in the case of Ms. Cota-Robles, with the same messages year after year after year.

But, if someone is reading them for the first time, it can probably be very inspiring; it's not my place to put a damper on that, so for that I apologize to those reading.

It's why I'm staying away from ASAH these days; all the messages citing dates and specifics ring very hollow to me, more so than usual, and at times become agitating when I realize the same person has been writing the exact same prophetic-type info for many years. But that's my problem. ;)

5. The date is interesting;

it's been the date for significant happenings during most of my life.

Since it's connected to significant happenings that have left some painful scarring, I tend to be somewhere I don't have to pay attention to the date on that day.

Should I be more present this year?
