The Flow Test.

Here is a meditation resource found at http://www.finerminds.com/ with articles/videos such as "Nirvana or Nap" :rofl: to "How Would You Like a Lawyer Who Practices Mindful Meditation," just really good stuff on the practice.

But first, here are 2 videos. One, an animation on meditation and the other "The Flow Test," that I think are must-sees :)
