Asteroids in horoscopes

Does anyone here read Alex Miller's Black Hole Astrology at Daykeeper Journal?
He often refers to asteroids in a celebrity's chart that bear the celebrity's name and talks about their effects on the person. Apparently he thinks the name alone makes the asteroid significant in interpreting that person's chart.

Curiosity about my name in the asteroid list got to me. I checked and found out that my first name, last name, and nickname within my birth family were also the name of asteroids. Odd, odd, and odd.

Does any astrologer here use the asteroids in their charts? Does anyone know how to interpret the asteroids in charts?

2. How interesting

My last name at birth is not listed (not surprising) and my first name does not appear as a stand-alone name (which I do find surprising because my name is pretty common). But if I use the compound first name and my married name, they, plus my middle name all appear in my chart.

First 28 Cap 6th house
Middle 15 Lib 3rd house
Last 19 Sco 4th house

Not sure what it means, so let us know if you learn more!

I don't think they're all that important necessarily, but I love 'em anyway. A lot of fun to locate and think about.

5. I have the same attitude.

Martha Lang Wescott told me NO WAY, they're extremely important, that's about all SHE looks at. I just don't have time for them; they make the chart so complicated. If I used them, I'd use a real small orb of 1.5 degrees or so.

Heck, Astrology is complex enough.
Her book is good though.
