the eclipse brought me a gift
my sister sent me a semester's worth of tuition money! She said she's not doing anything...I am...so it's a donation to "the cause." I wanted to consider it a loan, but she wants it to be a gift. :D  :D

And last Wednesday brought me 2 replacement parttime jobs, each of which can pay more than what I'm making now. One won't be available until next summer -- when I'll turn into a real Mainah and go clammin. The other is making rope mats out of my home on my own schedule.

unfortunately, it also brought me a stomach bug so I spent the morning and early afternoon hurling. I've finally been able to keep down some flat ginger ale and graham crackers for longer than the 15 minutes that 3 sips of ginger ale stayed down at 1pm. Hopefully they'll stay down.

2. Wonderful! (Aside from the hurling, that is.)
So glad to hear you're moving forward and you're achieving more peace of mind, money-wise. It's also great that you and your sister continue to make up for lost time. That was so kind of her!

Now take it easy for a bit and give yourself time to heal. Stomach bugs are the worst! x(

4. Right ON!
Great news....now allow the purge and rest. You are probably letting go of any fears and other stuff that you 'cant stomach' as part of making room for the GOOD STUFF!!!

I heard that in feng shui, if you want to manifest something coming INTO your life, to clean out a drawer.
I firmly believe that energy and beliefs work much the same way, so be willing to let go any issues you have about resisting "havingness" cus you GET TO HAVE all you want & need!!!

love to you!

6. That's great news!
..all except for the stomach bug, of course.
All in all it seems the eclipse brought relief to a lot of people.

7. me too!
... the eclipse, or the grand cross, or something ... brought a great guy into my life.
I had a disastrous ending to a budding relationship 4 years ago that sent me into therapy and in order to have 'head space' to work all that stuff out, I pretty much became a hermit.

Uncovered alot of connections/causations and spent a couple years working on processing it all & trying to figure out if I'd ever find anyone.

A few weeks ago i had a 'friend' request on Facebook from a gentleman who is friends with another family involved in the dog rescue i'm part of. Turns out we have ALOT in common and earlier this week he messaged me inviting me out for coffee. His line was "I like to meet my Facebook friends whenever I can so I know who they are". He later admitted that he found my page/interests etc fascinating and thought my pic was cute & had to find some excuse to meet me. :-)

A bit older than me, and shorter than me - but we're so comfortable around each other that stuff doesn't seem to matter.

He joined me and a friend out Friday night to hear a Phish cover band and we spent yesterday antiquing/thrifting. Invited me to join him at his dad's condo for a swim today, and next weekend he's teaching me how to bake a few things (he's a pastry chef).

Can this really be real? :hide:

11. Awww, that's a GREAT sister you have
Lucky you! You deserve it. Blessings are bountiful right now. For me as well. Ok, so Uranus and Pluto are sending me into crying jags everyday, but it's mostly tears of joy because I am so blessed with family helping me move, etc. :bounce:

HAPPY FOR YOU! Feel better. Yes, bug going around for sure. TC
