the sun changed poles in 1999-2000 i think or maybe it was closer to 1997?

5. Well, no I didn't,

however, a friend was watching CNN and the weather guy said something to that effect and they cut him off right fast. That confirms it then.I did check out CNN on line to try and find it, it wasn't there. Thanks for that!

The Maya have about 18 calendars, and none of them look anything at all like the Aztec calendar shown in the OP.

7. Wow - I had to look into this

I googled the Aztec calendar and this image, along with similar ones, showed up. I then googled the Mayan calendar and got the exact same images, including the one in the OP. Of course, they have many other Mayan calendars as well as you say. I looked for something talking about the difference between the two, but couldn't find anything. :shrug:

...so many people have made the mistake. The Aztec calendar is depicted all over the web identified as the Mayan calendar. Wrong.

Same thing with the beautiful Mayan and Hopi teachings about the transition of the Worlds. There are so many BS articles out there, it's hard to separate the good from the corrupt -- some corrupt out of ignorance, some out of willful intent to obscure.
