Harbinger from Starlight News
Hi all!! I wanted to post this here in its entirety. I am very concerned about the aspects in the next few years and that yesterday's
events are an indication of what we might expect given the path the nation seems to be on at present. Although it may seem negative, I think it is important to truthfully define what is happening before one can deal with it.

Harbinger

Yesterday, we saw what can happen when the fiery rhetoric of paranoid, anti-government rage morphs into violence. We are being told that the purposeful flying of a plane into the Austin, Texas, IRS offices was not an act of terrorism. That is simply not true. It was a deliberate act of homicidal and suicidal brutality that terrified a city to make a political statement. There is no record of Joseph Stack being mentally unstable. But there is a written record, posted for the world to see, of his self-indulgent feelings of victimization and his fury at a government that dared to ask him to pay his share of taxes for the common good. Sound familiar?

We are living in a world where the twin flames of anger and fear on the fringe are daily doused with gasoline by a right-wing media more interested in lucrative ratings than in the dangerous consequences of its demagoguery. The false narrative being perpetrated is one of increasing victimhood: endless suffering and powerlessness at the hands of an evil government that wants to take our money, control our lives, and destroy our country. Ultimately, this smoldering victimhood leads to a volatile and self-righteous anger, which taken to its extreme will inexorably erupt into violence. While we obsess about the hapless underpants bomber, this imminent danger is metastasizing in our midst, jealously and rather ingenuously protected by “free speech”, and pandered to by conservative politicians too stupid and too cowardly to stand against it.

There are many unsettling and volatile astrological configurations coming to the US in the next five years: Uranus conjunct the IC (if you accept the Sagittarius rising chart), Uranus square Venus, Uranus square and Pluto opposite the Sun. These aspects bespeak rebelliousness, restiveness, profound transformation, and dramatic, possibly violent events. Exactly how they will manifest is anyone’s guess, although we are likely to see some combination of domestic and foreign crises before things settle down. Certainly, the charts of Iran, China, and Russia all suggest that these nations will be impacted by the disruptions and challenges indicated by the coming Uranus/Pluto square (2012 – 2015). Yesterday’s act of domestic terrorism in Austin, Texas, seems to me to be an ominous harbinger of some of what we can expect on the home front. In other words, Joseph Stack is likely to be seen as more of a precursor than an anomaly if we continue unimpeded on the road of irresponsible and incendiary rhetoric upon which we now travel.

1. I agree and disagree with some of Harbinger's interpretation
There is anger and rage boiling underneath all of us, left, center and right. I pick up on it frequently before outbursts of violence such as yesterday's. I was going to post a couple days ago that I was picking up on more rage, but instead focussed on what was happening astrologically. Because I can feel the rage "out there" boiling over while I'm puttering around mucking out stalls in the morning...inside I'm increasingly wary...

The right wing aims their rage at the government and the lib'rals. The left wing aims their rage against the shadow government, the financial industry, the wealthy elite and the freepers.

I don't consider Stack any more self-indulgent than any of the rest of us -- he worked brutal 100 hour weeks, built a fortune, made mistakes, lost his fortune, repeated that scenario, and woke up one day and realized it was over for him. A brilliant engineering mind stuck flipping burgers for life, his abilities unwanted, no place in the world for him. One thing I know, too, is that when somebody reacts all out of proportion over something, then there's more going on. Another thing I learned from my right-wing workaholic father is that someone who works those kinds of hours is running away from very painful feelings. My father pushed his rage out onto the rest of us...mostly me, but in cowardly ways that couldn't be traced directly back to him so easily. Stack pushed his rage out against those *he* blamed...in this case the IRS.

One thing that I picked up in one of the articles is that Stack grew up in an orphanage. He didn't have the stability of a family around him, nor did he grow up with the love and guidance of a parent or grandparent. So he was broken and weakened inside from the get-go. The only difference between him and the sad man that killed his dying wife, burned his house down and killed himself a couple weeks ago is that Stack recognized that the evil that is hanging on to the 'status quo' *wants* us to kill ourselves. He projected his rage outwards and took innocents with him, but he did so with a purpose. The evil that wants to hand onto the 'status quo' will now vilify him...but when more and more follow in his path it will get harder and harder to do so. I see this as the first shot in a civil war. But unlike the Waco situation, where Poppy and then Big Dawg could surround, burn down, and beat down the outbreak, this will be one person at a time cracking and boiling over. The government can fly their F16s around all over the place...but there is no one organization or place. It will be one individual at a time taking as many as he or she can.

The foundations of our society are cracking apart due to the corruption that's been eating away at it for decades. A lot of rage and pain is going to be flying out. And that's why I'm trying to just lay low and hunker down out here, out of sight, out of mind, out of the way...not unlike the Quakers around 1860...

3. That was the first thing I thought of when I heard this story
After all, haven't the seers been talking about this era for decades, including the prophecies about some people going dog-with-rabies frothing-at-the-mouth nuts when they snap because of the energies they're unable to handle? This man isn't the first and he certainly won't be the last. All we can do is refuse to accept this type of eventuality into our personal energy space, put up our shields, and send compassionate, soothing light out into the world.

4. I think connecting the dots is important
Feeling victimized and powerless leads to rage and eventually can lead to violence.
Yes, it happens to individuals who can't take it anymore and "go postal". My concern is that the victimization "narrative" is becoming the narrative of the GOP and especially the teapartiers and the right wing media. I think this is very dangerous, and we may see a great deal more of these kinds of events. Bringing this pattern into the collective consciousness rather than letting it simmer underneath the radar may help to weaken its potency.
