Salute to the Sun Radionics You Tube Slideshow
There are tons of Sun Salute You Tube videos, but this is the only one that I see where you can touch your fingertip to the screen and get the energetic benefits of the Salute to the Sun, such as cleared and aligned chakras, tendency for meridians to be balanced, and a large, strong auric field. It does need to be repeated, and that frequency is probably very individual. You could use a pendulum to see if and when it would benefit you to play it.

Also, I would not expect this to give you the same benefits that actual yoga postures have directly on your muscles. However, before and after muscle testing of your auric field should show a big difference with the radionics method. But I do recommend the actual physical Salute to the Sun when you have the time and inclination.

Because this addresses the meridian system as well as the chakras, I much prefer it to the chakra balancing slideshow I put up a couple of days ago, although they could both be used. Again, you could use a pendulum to decide which of these to use, or both, or none.

This one is particularly recommended before and after an operation. The anaesthesia can shut down the meridian system, and a small percentage of people can be affected by that long after the operation is over. But, this is also highly recommended for any type of stress or illness.

I hope you like it!!

1. I liked that!
Although I just finished off a bottle of ale, so I don't know how effective it will be ;)

Did you have some kind of binaural beats tones going on in the background? I heard that kind of "hum" sound when the guitar wasn't playing.

2. Thanks, and yes
There are some binaural beats in the background. I'm kind of experimenting with that.

This works with or without ale, I think, but everyone needs to remember that there is a reason all this is call "subtle energy". You may or may not feel an immediate difference. Ale could increase the likelihood that you wouldn't feel the subtleties. ;)

Wish I could prove this to people who don't feel a difference. Muscle testing does change. But even if people don't feel the difference immediately, it's still worth it just to listen to the music. I put entirely different pieces on this one.

i really love classical guitar.

3. Here's a music site I use sometimes and their "guitar" section:
http://www.passionate-music.com/search/label/Guitar

I don't know how much classical guitar music is there, but it's a wonderful site for many kinds of music for free download :)

I have an audio-editing program called Cool Edit (Adobe bought it out and changed the name to Audition) that can generate binaural beats. There are sites online that also offer software to do the same thing, though one is a free program called BrainWave Generator. There are plenty of presets available (http://www.bwgen.com/presets.htm) including things like chakra balancing, so you don't have to do all the experimenting yourself ;)

What binaural effect were you working towards in this one?

4. Thanks for the links
I may look into Audition when I get a new computer (within a year, I am hoping).

I actually used BrainWave Generator at one time..........

Yes, there are chakra balancing music things. There are so many ways to balance chakras that it is astounding that over 50% of people that I have tested have one or more chakras blocked!! Chakras are about the easiest thing to test and treat by distance as well.

Using binaural beats is just an additional way to "tune in" or get the treatment on the same wave length as the person. The ones that I used in this are theta to delta range. My feeling was that as a person slept, and these frequencies were accessed by the person, that the radionics Salute to the Sun would be kind of set into the brain wave pattern, and the effects would last longer. But that's just theory at this point. I also wanted a little filler between the songs.

Again, yoga not only balances chakras but *generally* (!!!) also meridians, which makes it much more powerful. While I would expect the Salute to the Sun radionics You Tube to have those effects, I wouldn't claim that it does anything more than physically performing yoga. People doing the physical Salute to the Sun everyday are unlikely to get additional benefits by experiencing the YouTube!! (other than hearing the music, LOL).

5. Interesting links
I had a real problem with passionate-music.com
Everytime I clicked on something it brought me to an ad and had to leave the ad to get to where I wanted to go. Finally, I tried to download something and couldn't. There was a banner ad in the middle that I could not escape.
Do you have any tips on how to use that site without all those headaches?

6. It probably depends on the browser you're using.
I'm using Opera v.10.10 with unwanted popups blocked.

So, using the first CD as an example, I click on "Read More", get to the page just on that CD, then click "download". That takes me to the file-server they're using, in this case it's "FlameUpload" and a choice of five file-server sites. So, really, FlameUpload isn't the file-server, just some other service they use to allow the user a choice in which to try.

The five choices are Rapidshare, Megaupload, deposit files, FileFactory and hotfile. Each "download now" button pops up another window, and then you just follow the directions for each one on that page to get your file.

One thing I need to also point out: sometimes the file to be downloaded is just a zip, while other times it's a rar file. You'll need a program like WinRar to unpack that kind if you don't have it already :)

If you have any other problems, let me know. If you're using IE, you might have to download Opera or one of the other browsers (which you should do anyway as IE is one of the worst browsers out there) in order to get any further on that site.
