3. sorry, I don't buy that angle on love
Been through the unworthy part of the equation... and I have found that many others are not able to hold their own integrity and show up for REAL love... (the fear factor gets in the way i guess)

ya, just my $.02

6. Agree.
And I think the fear factor comes from experiencing "love" as another's attempts to control and/or possess -- so terribly destructive.

7. You are taking it through a personal filter.
My intent was to use the question, as Louise Hay first did, to ask us to consider our self-opinion, especially societally-imposed nonsense, and to send love it, if anything shows up requiring love.

Happy Holidays

8. I saw love and it almost made me cry
Edited on Tue Dec-22-09 03:23 PM by get the red out
Sunday night I was talking with a woman I slightly know about the beautiful Sheltie she had with her. This lady has been through hell in the past year and adopted this dog as a rescue some months ago. While we were talking and she was telling me how this precious animal had been abused as a breeder in a puppy mill before she was rescued the little dog suddenly looked up at her human and the love she projected toward her in that look makes me tear up just thinking about it right now. Extreme, complete, unconditional love from this totally innocent creature.

Both of them have rescued each other. I told the lady that they were both very fortunate beings and she agreed.

12. Yeah, I know.
I was being facetious, if it wasn't obvious

I have a DVD of hers that I got with some membership, but I still haven't watched it. I think it's a biography of her...

And was hoping that you weren't going to ask for Lounge Vibes for your dark and smellies ;)
