SoCal/AZ/NV ** Help needed for 250+ dogs

THIS IS IN CALIFORNIA

A fellow rescuer recently visited an elderly lady that has ran a rescue for the past 30 years. She is now elderly and in poor health and only has 1 volunteer that comes on occasion. People have dumped dogs, tied dogs to her fences, etc. The amount of dogs has gotten way out of control. This lady is begging for help. The runs are in very poor condition so most of the dogs are roaming free and most are NOT altered. She needs rescues to take dogs. There are so many puppies roaming free and about 40-50 more young puppies inside her house. There are about 40 puppies under the age of 2 months and about 40 puppies between 2 to 4 months old.

They are guessing there are 250+ dogs currently and they seen at least 15+ dogs that are pregnant and due any day now. THere are some local CA rescues that will be helping but more rescues are needed. I have spoken to a few rescues in that area to ask why Animal Control is not helping and they said they do not have the time or man power to help and they definetly don't have any space for the dogs. The top priority is to get the sick/injured dogs, pregnant dogs, seniors and young puppies out of there NOW. REPUTABLE RESCUES ARE NEEDED TO TAKE SOME OF THESE DOGS.

1. You need to contact a large-scale rescue organization
HSUS, the ASPCA and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary would be your best resources. 250 dogs is way too much for small local groups to manage.

2. HSUS already contacted but...
no ones knows when they will show up and puppies are being born as we speak.

I just posted this to see if any individuals in the area or local rescues were able to take one or more of the dogs to lighten the load or if anyone has any of the listed needed items.

The pictures posted on this facebook link tell a horrible story of pet overpopulation. And sadly, this is kind of problem continues to occur in Southern California way too frequently.

3. I wonder if they'll adopt to other states?

I'm all the way in FL and I know it wouldn't be much help in the grand scheme of things but I'd like to do something. I've been looking for another dog lately as it is, I think Pandora would like it if I rescued someone else.
