In case....God Forbid a million times...you ever need help with a lost pet, check this out.
It appears that they use information that you give them and create an excellent flyer.

My puppy (and his chip) are registered with them. They have his photo and information on file, which I can update as he gets older. If needed (and I hope I NEVER have the need), I can get flyers immediately and they notify their email list. I receive newsletters about missing animals in my area and updates when animals are found. It's a great service. :-)

I found that one time while searching the internets.

They call people living in your nearby neighborhoods.
