New foster I am getting this weekend
A very common story, she was rescued from a kill shelter and the people didn't realize what having a puppy meant. Especially a lab puppy.

1. She is very sweet
those eyes just melt your heart. Why do people not realize that pets require effort and are not just playthings?

Thank you for caring for her, she will make a fine pet for someone and will bring joy to a family's life.

6. I have her now, and what a sweet little girl she is
So far, she isn't mouthy at all. She will be 5 months old in a few days. She is already housetrained and knows how to use a dog door. I don't have a dog door, but the person who gave her up does. But she actually went to the back door and scratched and looked at me to ask to go out. She is a smart girl. She was a little intimidated by the 3 big dogs that are in my house this weekend (my 2 and my friend's dog who I am dog sitting), but she has decided that they are OK now and they have been playing for a while. She is played out now and is asleep under my computer chair. I have a feeling that I won't have this one long.

7. Wow. She scratched to go out on her first weekend in a brand new home?
You've got a doggie angel! I love that you will be able to give her a great recommendation for her forever-family.

I am looking forward to a world where pets only have to stay at a shelter a few nights at most -- from street to shelter to foster family to forever family.

10. The little girl has been adopted
She went to a great home, it's perfect for her. My 2 dogs are exhausted and ready to snooze now. She kept them moving. LOL

13. You would be correct. LOL
They liked her, and they played with her, but they were exhausted after she left.

That's too much sugar in one dose. What a sweet little face! I'm sure you'll have a long and happy life together.
