2. I've noticed before on dog shows

the seem to enjoy using bitch as much as possible. "She is a four year old bitch," could just as easily be said as "She is four years old." Both ways communicate it is a female dog, but they never pass up the chance to say bitch. Yes, I know it is the "correct" term, and I'm not opposed to hearing it in that context, just saying the announcers seem to enjoy saying it, due to the frequency of use and sometimes unnecessary use

Of when I was in elementary school and we'd talk about dams as much as possible, just for the thrill of saying what might be a "bad word".

remember..."go to Hellen Waite." Oh, giggle. Did you all see the person from Westmister, perhaps a judge, talking about the great bitch who won Best of Show? Words to that effect. We felt she enjoyed her emphasis on the bitch term also.

I knew what the term meant, but thought it was amusing the way the announcer got off on saying it -- I guess some people didn't think it was funny.
