I just got a new system at work

And as you might expect, being Windows, it's extremely buggy. I can't play video clips because it freezes the system. I downloaded RealPlayer and signs were good, but I got audio and a static picture. Do you folks have any idea what might be conflicting?

could be but dump real player and get Real Alternative, you can download it free here:
