1. Line 0
is usually related to internet explorer or possibly other browsers. Some add ins or extensions can cause it. Does this seem to be the case?

2. Have IE, other than telling you that, I have no idea.
I don't do much with the computer except follow a few web sites and of course, DU. Have been recently checking a lot of Do-it-yourself sites for one project or another. Have not added any new programs but did change anti-virus from AVG to MSE.

Recently joined Facebook but will be closing that soon. It does nothing for me and I do not have time to spend there. I have used that to follow postings by my family.

3. I bet it's not free
Right there in the first line it says, 'Free download.....' Which is a good sign that you will download the program, run it, find lots of errors that it offers to fix for you.....at a price.

Besides, it's probably just a registry cleaner and/or optimiser and there are plenty of good free tools to do the job.

1. RegSeeker - http://www.hoverdesk.net/freeware.htm
2. RegScrubXP - http://majorgeeks.com/download2048.html
3. CCleaner - http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner
