I Have Done It - With FileZilla, and
Notepad Plus Plus.
Thanks to the help I received here from EvolveConvolve and CaneToad. And a lot of experimenting and search on the web. It was on the web that I saw that someone edited the website with NotePad Plus Plus, so I tried it. It helped a lot. And with the file downloaded on the desktop I found that I could just place it over Notepad and edit it. Then click and drag it back then upload it, and the FileZilla did ask what do you want to do, Overwrite? etc.
And I was able to review the file on the desktop in the edited (new) condition and did verify on the website.
Unfortunately this is not a paying job. And my work with them is volunteer and just helping my friend.
So I was glad that we didn't have to spend money on it. It really is simple, once you (me) learn to do it.
