Anyone using Cox's "media store and share"? Anything I should know?

Anyone using Cox's "media store and share"? Anything I should know?
It seems like a good idea for another backup of photos and maybe (some) music, since it's free - but I'm always suspicious before adding something new and thought I'd see if anyone had any info on it.

Flash drives and even external hard drives are cheap.

2. Just be careful what you store on it because they (Cox) can see it
If they think you're storing illegal version of music, movies, or other copyrighted content, they can close off your access to it. Read the fine-print carefully, especially since there is now automated software that can detect ripped versions of DRM protected media.

Otherwise, these online storage systems are awesome - they take care of a lot of headaches if you need to store a lot of critical files outside your home or office.

3. There is a legal question of ownership when you store files on someones server.
Remember the old saying, possession is 9 tenths of the law. What happens when Cox is sold or bought out by another entity?
