Does Acronis back up to C drive before backing up to external hard drive?
Edited on Sat Oct-03-09 12:10 PM by madfloridian
I chose "Back up my system". It indicated it was going to Drive F, which is what my external drive was designated to be. But the next step says it is going to drive C. I have another program which saves to the C drive first, but did not think Acronis did.

Is that the normal way?

On edit:

Also a question...must I turn off Norton Internet Security while I back up?

1. Never mind.
Back up done. Apparently just backed up to external drive. A little confusing in the language but quick and smooth over all.
