My start bar ended up at the top of my screen
I don't know how that happened but I like it, could someone tell me how I did it and how to change it if I want?

TIA

1. drag it to the bottom....
left-click and empty section of the start-bar and drag it to the bottom of the screen and let go.

3. if you don't want this to happen again...
right-click the empty area of the startbar and select the menu item : "Lock the Taskbar". It will then have a "check mark" next to it and won't go wandering on you anymore.
