UserList in Registry (WinXPHome) - Can I delete these?

I don't know what these are, but they don't look like anything I use or need - can I safely delete them, and should I be paranoid about them being there in the first place?

Those are special accounts and normal to have in Windows the windows registry.

You should leave them alone if they aren't causing a specific problem. I don't recognize all of them but they look like service accounts.

And yes... you should be paranoid in the registry. Delete or change the wrong key and it can prevent the computer from booting. I'm not saying don't ever change anything, I'm just saying if you are not sure of what it is and does you need to find out before you hit delete.
