Anyone here used google apps?

I'm doing a little research into using google apps inplace of an Exchange server for a small business(less than 10 people). Has anyone here used it? How are the shared calender feature? How about group contacts?

It's probably much improved since then, and with Google Chrome will probably run great. I can't provide much detailed information, but I think it's a good idea for cutting costs. I'd do the same thing if I were in business. As an employee I would also appreciate my salary not being reduced to make room for for unnecessary expenses.

To be fair, there is also http://www.zoho.com. Zoho may prove to be a bit more sophisticated in that it lets you design your own applications in addition to standard tools.
