Need help re AOL email loading problem.
I do NOT have AOL software, but I do use AOL for my email and nave had no problems for 7 years. Now the last two days I have been unable to access my AOL email page. I sign in with my screen name and password, and then the page just starts to load and hangs up forever and never goes to my email page. Loading.....loading......loading........ad infinitum.

This has persisted in spite of two computer restarts. I am DESPERATE because one of my two email accounts is used for business purposes and I MUST be able to read new emails.

Any AOL people aware of a systemic problem with AOL this week? How do I contact AOL to let them know there is this problem? The only phone number I have is their NYC corporate office and I just don't think that will help.

1. I have AOL, and have no problems with email

I have used AOL for at least 7 years too.

Have you tried accessing email from a different computer?

Maybe it is a browser problem? Do you use Internet Explorer, or Firefox?

Maybe a firewall problem? Occasionally, I have to disable Norton for a few minutes to get pass the firewall.

2. A friend of mine uses Firefox and has AOL mail.
When setting him up, I also installed AdBlock and NoScript on his machine. To get to AOL mail,

1. I turned AOL scripts on (permanent allow).
2. I made sure all AOL cookies were accepted.

What are you using for a browser?
